Why do people belong to organizations or clubs? There are many reasons but at the root of it, there is a comfort that comes from being gathered together with like-minded people. You might not realize all the benefits you can take advantage of when your district is a part of UASD. Here are a few of the benefits we offer our members.

• Training material – Special service districts have rules and regulations to follow. We stay on top of the law and keep track of what is required of districts and the people involved.
• Templates – There really isn’t a need to reinvent the wheel, so when it comes to doing business in your district, why create your own templates for purchasing when you can use ours? We work with the auditor’s office to have the most current information so you can get what you need when you need it.
• Support – When the legislature is meeting each year, you can bet that UASD will have representatives up there lobbying on your behalf. Advocating for our districts is what we do and we’re very good at it. This means your interests can be represented and you don’t have to spend your days at the Capitol building.
• Networking – Although each district is unique, some of the challenges are the same for multiple districts. UASD gives you the opportunity it to get to know other people in similar situations to you. This is a great tool for networking and building up your contacts.
