Join us for the 2018 Interim Legislative Session

Today, August 15, marks the August 2018 Interim day of the Utah State Legislature. If you haven’t already set aside some time in your day planner to attend, now is the perfect time to do so. Staying engaged and involved in the legislative process is one of the best, most effective ways that you can support your district and those that live within it.

If you’re unsure how to get started, consider visiting with the legislators who represent your citizens and your district. The more these government officials know about your district and the services that it provides, the easier it will be for them to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have.

Our goal at the Utah Association of Special Districts is to facilitate these communications, and today’s August 2018 Interim day presents a perfect opportunity for you and your team members to participate.
