As Natalie Randall, new executive director for the non-profit Utah Tourism Industry Association, told the St. George News concerning tourism recovery after Covid-19: “There is a fine balance to bring visitors in to support our economy and contribute to the state’s quality of life elements, while still preserving the small-town feel.” Randall also pointed out that Utah residents need to support local businesses as well.
